Tickets for the 2026 ExxonMobil Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta® will be available for purchase beginning April 3, 2026. Several ticket options will be available, including general admission, park & ride, and premium experiences. Tickets can be purchased online, and general admission tickets will also be available at the Balloon Fiesta gift shop (4401 Alameda Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87113).
The 54th event will launch from Balloon Fiesta Park, October 3-11, 2026. The theme, “The Scenic Route,” celebrates the 100th anniversary of Route 66 as more than 500 hot air balloons launch over nine days into Albuquerque’s turquoise skies.
Balloon Fiesta guests can choose from several ticket options, including but not limited to:
- General Admission: $20 per person, per session (children 12 and under free).
- Park & Ride: $18 – $30 per person, per session (children 5 and under free) with advance purchase. Includes round-trip transportation to and from Balloon Fiesta Park from designated remote locations and single-session admission. Ticket prices increase if purchased on the day of the event.
- Gondola Club: $150 per person, per session (children under 5 free). A private area with a picturesque view of the field that offers guests delicious food, local entertainment, premium parking, courtesy shuttles, and outdoor seating.
- Chasers’ Club: $75 per person, per session (children under 5 free). Includes admission, private patio seating, private restroom access, a catered meal and access to a bar.
Additionally, Balloon Fiesta will once again offer glamping and camping options for guests. Glamping offers a three-night stay in a safari tent, complete with premium amenities and admission to the event for all sessions during the stay, starting at $2,000. Camp 505 provides a unique three-night camping experience within walking distance of the Launch Field. For $1,000, guests receive a complete camping kit that can be taken home, including Balloon Fiesta-branded tents, blankets and other equipment.
For an elevated view, the Fiesta Sky Box offers a premium group experience for up to 20 guests, including a private patio and upper deck seating with catering and private restrooms. Sky Boxes are $5,000 each and include 20 general admission tickets and seven premium parking passes. Guests looking for an enhanced, personalized experience can utilize the Concierge Program. Starting at $350, the concierge provides a personalized behind-the-scenes tour with golf cart transportation.
Bulk general admission ticket purchases (four or more) can be made at the Balloon Fiesta gift shop for a discounted rate of $17 per ticket. Balloon Fiesta will also bring back New Mexico Day for a third year. As a special thanks to New Mexico residents, general admission tickets will be free on Monday, October 5, with a valid New Mexico photo ID or utility bill with a New Mexico address.

Raincheck Policy: If a session is cancelled, Balloon Fiesta will raincheck that session in the form of a general admission ticket, valid for any remaining session in the current year. Guests will still be able to enjoy all Balloon Fiesta amenities for the remainder of the cancelled session.
