Your access guide to and around Balloon Fiesta Park
There are over 200 ADA parking spaces available at Balloon Fiesta Park.
Designated ADA parking can be found in the Ascension and Sunrise lots, though all lots have some accessible accommodations. Click the map to the right for a detailed look at designated parking lots and directions for access.
If you have a valid handicap placard, you may request a Balloon Fiesta reflective placards for greater visibility during the event.
To requests a placard, please email balloons@balloonfiesta.com with your request and include a copy of your valid handicap placard along with your name, mailing address, and phone number. Reflective placards are mailed out at the end of August.
Please note that all parking, including ADA parking, is first come, first served and is $20 (cash only) per session.
ADA Parking Directions
From the South:
- Take I-25 North to Tramway Rd. (exit 234)
- Exit and turn left (West) onto Roy Ave.
- Make an immediate left turn (South) onto the I-25 frontage road
- Take the first right (West) onto Balloon Fiesta Parkway
- Continue to the end of Balloon Fiesta Parkway where designated ADA lots will be on both the right and left sides
From the North:
- Take I-25 South to Tramway Rd. (exit 234)
- Exit and continue straight through the light on the I-25 frontage road
- Take the first right (West) onto Balloon Fiesta Parkway
- Continue to the end of Balloon Fiesta Parkway where designated ADA lots will be on both the right and left sides
Transit Assistance
Balloon Fiesta offers transit assistance from each lot to help you get to and from the launch field. Shuttles run continuously throughout each session and feather flags mark the pick up stops.

- Saturday, October 3: 4:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
- Sunday, October 4: 4:00 a.m. –10:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
- Monday, October 5: 4:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
- Tuesday, October 6: 4:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
- Wednesday, October 7: 4:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
- Thursday, October 8: 4:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
- Friday, October 9: 4:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
- Saturday, October 10: 4:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
- Sunday, October 11: 4:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Mobility Scooter and Wheelchair Rentals
Mobility scooters, wheelchairs, strollers, and wagons are available on a limited basis for on-site rental.
