Balloon Fiesta’s Main Street will feature diverse food offerings, unique shops and artisans
Albuquerque, NM – The 53rd ExxonMobil Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta® is the world’s largest gathering of hot air balloons. Event organizers also provide guests plenty of activities to enjoy along Main Street. Set to launch October 4-12, guests will be able to enjoy more than 100 different food and merchandise vendors as well as artisans.
Beyond local offerings, guests can also experience food and merchandise from across the country. From one-of-a-kind, handcrafted hats from House of Hatters to crawfish and crabcakes from Seafood Cajun Concessions, and even mind-boggling wood carvings from Bear Hollow Wood Carvers.
Guests can look forward to returning favorites such as Blake’s Lotaburger, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, and Perico’s. Returning this year as the official coffee sponsor, Pinon Coffee helps guests warm up and soak in Balloon Fiesta magic from sunrise mass ascensions to balloon glows.
Of course, the popular breakfast burritos will be available from many food concessions this year. Balloon Fiesta skyrocketed the “grab and go” version of breakfast burritos to become a favorite culinary pastime of the event.

Along with the amazing views of hot air balloons ascending, guests from near and far can take a walk down Main Street and become immediately steeped in New Mexico’s local traditions and culture: hand-crafted New Mexican quilts, authentic Native American silver jewelry, pottery, artifacts from All Tribe Silver, and much more.
