Balloon Fiesta Entertainment

Interested in Performing at Balloon Fiesta?

The 2018 Balloon Fiesta performance openings have all been filled. If you are interested in performing at Balloon Fiesta in the future, please complete the Performing Artist Application. Submissions will be considered for Balloon Fiesta stages, Main Street strolling performances, and internal events. Selections for performances will be made between January and March each year for that year's Balloon Fiesta.

The 2018 Entertainment Schedule

The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta features many wonderful experiences! In addition to the magical spectacle of balloons, we showcase some of the most talented performers of our day - most of them local New Mexicans - representing a myriad of styles and genres. We hope you'll plan to attend Balloon Fiesta for each and every session to enjoy this line-up of world-class talent.

Entertainment is offered in three locations, so have your cameras ready!

The Main Street Stage is located in the center of Main Street. This stage will feature our National Anthem performers, local dance and music talent, and a wide variety of musical performances during Balloon Fiesta.

On Main Street, you will find strolling performers entertaining guests along Concession Row.

The North Main Street Stage is located at the north end of Main Street in front of the 7-eleven® Balloon Discovery Center and the Artisans at Balloon Fiesta® tent. This smaller stage will feature performances by our talented strolling performers.

The band’s hallmarks are tight arrangements and ensemble playing, honed by years of playing individually and as a band. Their influences range from Muddy Waters and Junior Wells to ZZ Top and Los Lobos. Mystic Vic’s infectious music will put a grin on your face and a glide in your stride.

Pink Freud - PINK FREUD is a band of veteran musicians who have gotten together to faithfully recreate the innovative, psychedelic sights and sounds of Pink Floyd, and take you on a time warped trip back to the space age! Pink Freud will blow your mind via a brain-bending experience through the sound effects and music of Pink Floyd, and more. As their notoriety grows in the Southwest, audiences are talking about Pink Freud, and their versions of classic tracks like Pink Floyd’s “Brick in the Wall”, “Money”, “Wish You Were Here”, “Pigs”, “Comfortably Numb”, “Time” “Echoes”, and a lot more.
