Fly Swapper

Greetings pilots,

Balloon Fiesta is excited to announce the second annual “garage sale” for used balloon equipment.
The Fly Swapper will take place on Monday October 3, 2011 on the Launch Field of Balloon
Fiesta Park. A section of the Field will be set aside to accommodate sellers and buyers. I have outlined some of the details, requirements and restrictions below.

Date: October 3, 2011 | Time: 10:30 am – 1:00 pm | Location: Balloon Fiesta Park

Requirements:

• Must be a registered Balloon Fiesta pilot to sell equipment.
• Reservations must be made with Balloon Fiesta no later than 9/23.
• Must provide a general list of items offered and quantity.
• All sales are the responsibility of the buyer and seller. Balloon Fiesta will not be responsible for any transactions or disputes.
• Items that are available for sale through Balloon Fiesta Concessionaires will not be allowed at this event (such as; new drop lines, Velcro straps, balloon pins, etc.)
• Only used balloon equipment may be sold.

There is no cost or fee to participate but in order to insure that adequate space is provided
reservations are required along with a general inventory of what you will be selling.
To place your reservation send us an email with your name, contact phone number, Email and
items for sale. We will provide you with updates as Balloon Fiesta approaches.
