Calendar Sales

Balloon Fiesta produces about an official calendar and an official program each year. Your organization now has the chance to sell those items at the 2012 Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta! Here is some basic information for you.

Balloon Fiesta has 14 shifts. 9 morning and 5 evening.
Morning shifts: 4:30am-10:30am
Evening shifts: 4:00pm-8:00pm

Balloon Fiesta will provide your organization with a LIMITED number of parking and admission passes.

Your organization will have the chance to earn $1.00 from each calendar and program you sell.

There are 6 kiosks located along main street (the midway) each kiosk needs to be staffed with 3-4 people. If you are a high school club, 1 parent needs to be at each kiosk. Always keep in mind though the more the merrier.

Registration will take place March 1st and end on March 29th
