Volunteering at the Balloon Fiesta

Each year the Balloon Fiesta relies on the efforts of more than 3,000 volunteers. The areas where volunteers contribute are:

• Information Booths
• Balloon Discovery Center
• Sponsor Relations
• Judges
• Board of Directors
• Media Relations
• Concessions
• Office
• Pilot Registration / Hospitality Tent
• Courtesy Carts and Shuttle Drivers
• Entertainment
• Retail Sales
• Field Services
• RV Park
• Gondola Club
• Greeters
• Park and Ride

We especially need volunteers in these areas:

• Field Services (set-up of the Balloon Fiesta Park)
• Balloon Discovery Center (educational center)
• Greeters  (help greet our guests as they enter Balloon Fiesta Park through our main gates)
• Chase Crew (help arrange chase crew volunteers with pilots)
