Media Registration

The deadline for online media registration is Monday, September 10, 2009. After that date, you must obtain media credentials in person. Credentials can be obtained at Balloon Fiesta Park in the Media Tent located on the SE corner of the field on Thursday, September 30 from 10 am to 3 pm, and on Friday October 1 from 10 am to 3 pm.

Online media registration will be available at a later date.  

In order to be considered for media pass approval, you MUST FAX or mail one or more of the following :

• Original Letter of Assignment from news director, assignment editor, publisher or producer.
• Most recent publication or feature on the Balloon Fiesta or ballooning.
• I.D. from an accredited media organization or association.
