Welcome to the Fiesta Express Park & Ride!


Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta has teamed up with Visit Albuquerque
to help our guests avoid congested traffic and parking conditions near Balloon Fiesta Park. There are several Fiesta Express remote locations to choose from. Save time and money. Ride with us!


PARK & RIDE TICKETS INCLUDE:
Round-trip transportation to and from Balloon Fiesta Park
Admission to the Balloon Fiesta event
Expedited route to bypass heavy traffic


PARK & RIDE LOCATIONS:
• Cottonwood Mall (10000 Coors Bypass NW)
   Park in the northeast parking lot near Seven Bar Loop and Coors Bypass NW

• Intel (1600 Rio Rancho Blvd. SE)
   Park in the southern parking lot. Enter the lot at either Westside Blvd. or 21st Street 

• Coronado Center (6600 Menaul Blvd NE)
   Park at the southwest corner near San Pedro Dr. and Uptown Blvd

Hoffmantown Church (8888 Harper Road NE)
   Park in the northeast parking lot only

Cliff’s Amusement Park (4800 Osuna Rd. NE) 
   Near San Mateo and I-25
      IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CLIFF’S LOCATION:
          Tickets for the Cliff's location MUST be pre-purchased on-line AND you MUST have a ticket to board the bus
         • There will be a limited number of tickets sold for this location due to limited parking at this site
         • There are no on-site day-of-ticket sales at this location


In case of a weathered out session, retain your ticket. You may present your used/scanned ticket for admission at the remote lot ticket booth/office, but you will have to purchase a bus only ticket for $12 to board the bus

ADVANCE PURCHASE PARK & RIDE TICKETS:
Morning Session tickets must be purchased any time BEFORE midnight of the day you plan to attend
Evening Session tickets must be purchased any time BEFORE noon of the day you plan to attend

     Advance purchase prices (A 10% service charge will be added at time of purchase)
        • Children: (5 and under) FREE
        • Children: (6-12) $7
        • Adults: (13-61) $15
        • Seniors: (62+) $12

ON-SITE PURCHASE PARK & RIDE TICKETS:
On-site Park & Ride tickets can be purchased directly at the remote lots. 

     On-Site purchase prices (A 10% service charge is included)
        • Children: (5 and under) FREE
        • Children: (6-12) $10
        • Adults: (13-61) $22
        • Seniors: (62+) $20


PARK & RIDE BUS SERVICE TIMES:
Morning Sessions:
     Buses run FROM Remote Lots TO Balloon Fiesta Park from 4:30 AM to 7:00 AM
          Inbound service ends at 7:00AM
          Please note: Dawn Patrol is scheduled to launch at 6:00 AM and Mass Ascension is scheduled to start by 7:00 AM

    Buses run FROM Balloon Fiesta Park TO Remote Lots from
          8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon FULL SERVICE RETURN BUSES
          12:00 Noon to 12:30 PM Straggler buses. Each straggler return bus will go to all locations. 

Evening Sessions:
     Buses run FROM Remote Lots TO Balloon Fiesta Park from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM
          • Inbound service ends at 6:30 PM

     Buses run FROM Balloon Fiesta Park TO Remote Lots from
          7:00 PM to 9:30 PM FULL SERVICE RETURN BUSES
          9:30 PM to 10:00 PM Straggler buses. Each straggler return bus will go to all locations

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: NO FIESTA EXPRESS PARK & RIDE BUS SERVICE

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q: Do I need a ticket to board the bus?

A: Yes. All tickets must be scanned before boarding the bus. Please bring your print-at-home ticket

Q: Why are on-site tickets more expensive?

A: Pre-purchasing tickets helps with bus coordination

Q: What if I don’t use my ticket the day I planned?

A: If your ticket has not been scanned it will be good for another session during the 2018 event. There are no refunds

Q: What if I lose my ticket?

A: If you lose your ticket, you have three options:
       1) Re-print your ticket if possible
       2) Go to the remote location ticket booth and they can use your credit card to find your order
       3) If you have your ticket on your phone, it can be scanned at the remote site

Q: What if balloons do not launch or glow?

A: In case of a weathered out session, retain your ticket. You may present your used/scanned ticket for admission at the remote lot ticket booth/office, but you will have to purchase a bus only ticket for $12 to board the bus
